Junk Removal FAQ
Straight answers about pricing, what we take, and how pickup works.
How much does junk removal cost?
Price depends mostly on how much space your items take up in the truck, plus anything unusually heavy. We give you the price before we load anything, and you can say no.
Do I have to move anything outside first?
No. We come in and take it from wherever it is, including attics, basements, and upstairs rooms.
Do you offer same-day junk removal?
Often. If you call early and there is room on the schedule, we can come the same day. Otherwise we will set up the first available next-day window.
What can't you take?
We cannot haul hazardous materials. That includes paint, motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, pesticides, pool chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, and anything else that is regulated. If you are not sure, ask.
What happens to my stuff?
We sort as we load. Usable items are donated when a local charity will take them, metal and appliances are recycled, and the rest goes to a licensed disposal facility.
Do I need to be home?
Someone should be there at the start to show us what goes and to approve the price. For some jobs, like a vacant rental, we can arrange access ahead of time.
